Company History

ARMA’s founders first met in 2006 following their respective service in the U.S. Army and subsequent management assignments in the defense industry. Implementing a shared vision, two years later they had founded ARMA Global Corporation and ARMA Aviation Corporation. Both companies quickly became leading defense contractors in their respective markets, with ARMA Global Corporation acquired by General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) in 2014. ARMA Aviation Corporation remains a privately held, growing company with active and engaged owners.
